Edouard Saidah worked as a financial advisor for a couple of different financial institutions before switching to Edward Jones. Edouard saw Edward Jones as an attractive career destination because of the firm’s in-depth training and ongoing support for financial advisors and their practices.

“I’ve previously worked for two other financial institutions. Those two experiences taught me a few things, one of which was that I do not want to work for anyone else.

“I don’t need a firm to help me be transparent with my clients, but Edward Jones makes it easy. At Edward Jones I have the true ability to ask my client what it is that they want and work to deliver exactly that.

“The magnitude and depth of support for financial advisors often goes unnoticed because you only experience it when you visit our home office locations.

“If I were to single out the key secret ingredients to the support our financial advisors receive, I would say the first is the Branch Office Administrator and second the veteran financial advisors who volunteer their time and experience. That work is done in the spirit of true partnership and, I believe, cannot be found anywhere else.”
